DIY: Eyeshadow Hair Colour

To do this you'll need water, any colour eyeshadow in loose or pack, a eyeshadow brush or q-tips and blonde hair. I'm using the Annabelle's Day Dream limited collection Mono Eyeshadow in Reverie, by mixing the eyeshadow brush into water with the eye shadow you will get it into a little wet past and then you can streak anywhere on your hair... And make sure that the eyeshadow doesn't stain your hair, but it will look nice when it's stained...
